The TomTom Go 730 was great while it lasted. My unit is pristine, never been dropped, not a scratch on it. I purchased it 14 months ago for $450…now it freezes and acts like somebody is using the touchscreen to navigate(what they call looping). Even though it’s a short time after the warranty is up TomTom refuses to do anything but give me $75 on a new device. Lets see…pay ~$400 per year for navigation? I don’t think so, do yourself a favor and but a different brand.

GPS works exactly as advertised. Some functions are not as intuitive as could be expected, but overall an outstanding performer.

If you want to get where you are going with out a whole lot of second guessing the GPS commands you want a Tom Tom. The blue tooth for your phone is phenomenal. The advance lane technology keeps you on point. I canot say enough about this device. Can’t find it google it on the Tom Tom. Traffic Cameras, know way in advance of approaching them. Make a wrong turn, can’t get lost it will redirect you quickly. If you have to have a GPS this is the one to buy. Tom Tom forever!

I found myself waffling – should I or shouldn’t I get a TomTom. I could see potential uses. Now that I have my TomTom, I couldn’t go back. With LIVE Services, I can find local attractions, restaurants, get phone numbers even. This would have made my recent road trips (prior to TomTom) much more paperless. Additionally, I’m not limited to just a destination or two, I can add a stop on the way, reroute on the fly!!! Delighted with my TomTom!!!!
